How long does shipping take?

Bonnets are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your bonnet to be made. Based on inventory bonnets may be ready sooner. After your bonnet is made, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Why can't I pay with Paypal?

Payment through Paypal will be available to the website soon. However our current checkout is very safe and secure to use. 

Can I get a refund?

No, refunds are not available. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected]. All concerns about your items must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your item. 

What size are the bonnets?

Bonnets are adult one size fits most. The elastic is equipped to stretch for your comfort.
